We offer Free Ad-supported Streaming TV (FAST) integrated with our AI-driven ad server to the media industry, aiming to make entertainment available for everyone around the globe. We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing initiatives and drive our expansion in Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Formulate and implement strategic digital marketing plan for SeaOvers FAST channels, including their positioning, selling points, value propositions and key messages<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership to establish, manage and grow the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) and reach out to the audience in the Southeast Asia markets, including The Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia<\/li>\n
  • Create compelling content, including videos and online ads, to enhance audience awareness on SeaOvers FAST channels, and actively engage with audience across different social media platforms<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Sprout Social, Google Analytics 4, and provide workable insights and recommendation for optimizing the social media strategies<\/li>\n
  • Design and execute targeted ad campaigns on social media platforms to increase viewership of SeaOvers FAST channels<\/li>\n
  • Assist and collaborate with the marketing agency to develop and implement offline marketing campaigns, such as billboard advertising, to enhance the visibility of SeaOvers FAST channels<\/li>\n
  • Work with the marketing agency to select appropriate Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and develop partnerships to promote FAST and SeaOvers FAST channels<\/li>\n
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines<\/li>\n
    • Minimum of 4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a start-up or media technology industry<\/li>\n
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently, strong sense of responsibly, well-organized, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Proven track record in managing social media accounts<\/li>\n
    • Sufficient knowledge and experience in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Ads, and video editing software<\/li>\n
    • Strong command of written English and Chinese; knowing Tagalog\/ Cebuano\/ Malay\/Bahasa Indonesian is a plus<\/li>\n
    • Proficient in Adobe Illustration, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect, as well as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
